The kitchen area before we started renovations! Boy do we have our work cut out for us!	We are in the main gift area with electrical work started. The electrician has a real challenge getting all the new wiring down the pillars!	This will be the area where all the selections of tea will be available.

The painting is done. Now they are starting to strip the floors with this machine they actually ride around on like a mower. Starting to look good...	This is another picture of the kitchen. John is the carpenter on the project.	This is the very beginning our tearoom but wait until you see the finished area - it will be fantastic.

PHASE 2 - May 15, 2002

Well, this is the kitchen - we are on our way. If only we can get the plumbing finished!!!	Our gift shop area has a fresh coat of paint and the floor have been sanded and refinished. What a difference.	It has only been a few weeks but the tea bar side is really starting to look like something. Fresh paint and newly refinished floors will soon welcome our customers.
Atleast we have drywall in the bathrooms now. We are making progress.	Another picture of the tea bar area. This will be a great casual area to get tea or coffee, maybe a yummy sandwich or other great goodies.	This will be the tea retail area. You will be able to pick from approx. 100 kinds of loose tea and as many tea bag varieties. You should be able to find what you like best here! (Compare this to the picture in phase one - I almost didn't recognize it!)

PHASE 3 - OPEN FOR BUSINESS - July 1, 2002

This is the area where all the loose and tea bags are located. We have many companies with hundreds to choose from. This is also the area you will find tea accessories such as tea cozies, tea strainers, tea spoons, and lots more.

This is a portion of the tea room. You can be served a cream tea or a breakfast tea, lunch tea or high tea. The tea room seats 34.

In this area you will find Meridith Baxter line of products (a portion of each sale goes to breast cancer research), Smith & Vandiver both products, Heritage Lace, tea shirts, tea nighties, tea aprons, and more.
